Where is Mohina Clothing based?
We are based in Amsterdam.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free shipping across the EU and the UK. Worldwide shipping is also available — costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
NL and BE orders arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders within the EU and UK typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer cash refunds. However, you can exchange your item or receive store credit. Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty or damaged.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at info@mohina.nl with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your desired size or replacement. Our team will respond with next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most drops are limited releases. Once sold out, they may not return. Follow us on Instagram at @Mohina.clo to stay updated on future releases.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept IDEAL, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (where available). All payments are securely processed.

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations are not always guaranteed after checkout. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
